Heart Health Care Advocates was founded by Tom Griffith and Susie Schlernitzauer, after their own personal frustrations with the health care process. They each felt overwhelming loneliness and neglect from their health care providers when having to deal with their family member’s health issues.

After these events they realized they could be there for others that were dealing with the same issues and help them overcome their frustrations to have better health care results. Now, they are committed to being there for you, every step of the way.
